In 2024, with the joint efforts of Taiwan 7-ELEVEN and its subsidiaries, including Philippine 7-ELEVEN, President Drugstore (Cosmed), Shanghai 7-ELEVEN, Transnet, and Uni-Wonder (Taiwan Starbucks), President Chain Store Corporation had achieved a historic record in consolidated revenue, reaching NT$337.93 billion, a 6.59% increase compared to the previous year, setting a new benchmark. The consolidated net income after tax for the year amounted to NT$11.54 billion, reflecting a 8.72% growth year-on-year. The earnings per share (EPS) were NT$11.10, marking a 8.72% increase from the same period last year, reaching the second-highest level in history (with the highest recorded in 2017, which included the gain from the sale of Starbucks Shanghai)., Beyond these impressive financial results, in 2024, President Chain Store Corporation continued to be recognized in several prestigious global and domestic indices, including the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), FTSE4Good Emerging Markets Index, FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index, TWSE RA Taiwan Employment Creation 99 Index, and the TWSE Corporate Governance 100 Index. The company’s efforts in sustainability were also acknowledged through its participation in the global CDP Carbon Disclosure Program, where it earned an "A-" leadership level rating, demonstrating its strong commitment to sustainable operations.

In response to societal demand, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continues to drive innovation with three core strategies: innovation, expertise, and integration. By leveraging the group's diverse lifestyle brands, 7-ELEVEN consistently innovates and refines its store formats, services, and activities. In 2024, the company launched two new-generation shopping malls: "Par K* Avenue" and "ZEELAND-MARK." These malls brought together food, beauty services, and aesthetic architecture to showcase the future of new retail models. Expanding the digital lifestyle experience, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN will continue to develop technology experimental zones in collaboration with the Industrial Technology Research Institute, opening the eighth X-STORE. Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continues to leverage its channel influence, adhering to the "All Township, All Store, All Day Service” operating philosophy. The company’s approach is based on four key strategies: "Store Quality and Quantity Improvement," "Differentiated Structure Optimization," "Digital Platform Integration," and "Online Business Development." The "Store Quality and Quantity Improvement” strategy has led to more than 8,200 service locations across Taiwan, with stores operating in a mother-child store model alongside the Smart Vending machines. Tailoring offerings to specific local needs, each store features diverse combinations such as city prima, freshly made tea, Incredible Coffee & Tea Bar,  "Sharing Ice" soft-serve ice cream, Cool Stone Ice Cream, Cool Stone Cream, Slurpee, Hot-Pressed Sandwiches, and more. These diverse services cater to various consumer needs, offering customized solutions within local neighborhoods.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continues to expand its portfolio of food brands worth hundred-million-dollar and actively targets consumer demands for seasonal products, health-conscious food and beverages, sports events, wellness, and travel trends. The company is continuously developing new and innovative products in categories such as fresh food, the CITY series, Slurpee’s, Sharing Ice" soft-serve ice cream, pre-order items, snacks, beverages, international luxury goods, and store-wide premium point collection. For instance, the fresh food and CITY series have introduced innovations through collaborations with Korean stars, global popular portraits, and premium brands, creating diverse co-branded series. These products cater to the seasonal preferences of consumers with limited-edition creative food and drinks and related products. The international luxury goods counters are actively introducing popular foods and products from Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe, with service locations surpassing 6,000 stores. The store-wide premium point collection continues to collaborate with globally popular IPs, designers, and kitchenware premium brands to develop themed merchandise and services for major festive occasions. These diverse approaches continue to drive steady revenue growth.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continues to innovate through multiple digital platforms, including iGroup-buying, iPreorder, OPENPOINT Mobile Pickup Service, and iOPEN Mall. These platforms extend the range of products and services available for purchase and drive increased sales at physical locations. The company also offers a wide variety of convenient services to enhance customer loyalty and contribute to continued growth, with a notable annual increase in member contributions of over 10%.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN is actively promoting its iGroup-buying, iPreorder platforms, transforming stores into virtual shopping malls where fresh fruit gift boxes, group-purchase, local specialties, household appliances, and gold products are available. These platforms contribute to stable revenue growth. The OPENPOINT Mobile Pickup service continues to expand with options for coffee, fresh food, snacks, and beverages, while strengthening subscription-based services and integrating lucky invoice rewards with online redemption, driving steady growth across various categories. In addition, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN stores were enhancing shopping efficiency and customer satisfaction by offering foodomo takeout services and Fu-tao subscription plans, becoming convenient pickup points for parcels. These efforts, combined with iOPEN Mall’s value-driven business solutions and marketing resources, position 7-ELEVEN as a friendly partner for local communities and small to medium-sized enterprises, fulfilling a broad range of customers’ needs.
