PCSC reported consolidated revenue of NT$29.906 billion in October 2025, up 4.49% YoY, marking a new high for the month. Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continued to expand its store network and Intelligent Vending Machine, bringing total service locations to over 8,200 nationwide. In response to cooler temperatures and seasonal events such as Mid-Autumn Festival, Double Ten Day, International Coffee Day, and World Vegetarian Day, the Company leveraged the uniopen Membership Lifestyle Ecosystem to integrate online and offline channels, driving diversified product offerings and innovative services. In addition, subsidiaries including Uni-Wonder (Taiwan Starbucks), Philippine 7-ELEVEN, President Drugstore (Cosmed), and Mech-President (Smile Gas Station) continued to deliver solid growth, further contributing to overall revenue performance.
Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continued to deepen engagement with its 19 million-member uniopen ecosystem. In October, the Company further integrated group lifestyle brands and partnered with CTBC Bank to promote the CTBC uniopen Co-Branded Card, offering stacked point rewards with special day promotions. Meanwhile, the uniopen PRIMA subscription program continued to launch differentiated member-exclusive benefits, including the viral “Pudding with Full Caramel Sauce” pre-order campaign, supporting new member acquisition, higher purchase frequency, and increased ticket size. More customized benefits will continue to be introduced to support steady member contribution growth.
In response to rising demand for warm comfort foods, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN expanded its private-label heated sandwich and meal/snack offerings under ORIGINAL and Yuliao Xiaoguan brands. The self-serve hot food station continued to introduce new items and heating batches, reinforcing performance of steamed sweet potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed corn, tea eggs, and animal-friendly stewed eggs. The Oden program, co-developed with Japan’s Kagaya, launched a new broth and seasonal hotpot ingredients. Select stores also debuted the new “Steamed & Roasted Potato Duo Style” offering. Fresh meal brand “Star-rated Feast” partnered with Michelin-starred Taiwanese restaurant Mihsiang to develop premium single-serve dishes, supporting continued growth in fresh food categories.
To capture demand for freshly prepared beverages, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continued to expand CITY series, driving over 20% YoY growth. CITY CAFE strengthened Italian-style flavor profiles, with Thick Milk Latte and Rich Espresso variants performing strongly, and introduced the “NT$10,000 Value Pack” campaign on OPENPOINT to meet consumer demand ahead of the consumption voucher rollout. CITY PRIMA continued to expand specialty coffee presence to 7,000 stores, while CITY TEA and !+? CAFE RESERVE & Tea Bar addressed different trade areas and customer segments with consistent signature teas, now served across 3,500+ locations.
During the Mid-Autumn and Double Ten holiday travel period, 7-ELEVEN launched nationwide promotional activities and continued to open IP-themed stores, including DINOTAENG, Sanrio Green Series, TOMICA, and Ultraman, now totaling over 100 themed stores across Taiwan. Storewide point-collection campaigns featuring Caterpillar Capoo and Sanrio Three Dogs recorded strong performance. To serve household seasonal dining and gifting needs, offline and iPre-order channels focused on Michelin-recommended ready meals, seasonal fruit gift boxes, and kitchen/home selections, while iGroup-buying enabled store-community social commerce engagement, contributing to 10–20% growth across related categories.
Looking ahead to November, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN will continue to capture opportunities in winter warmth demand, year-end celebrations, the NT$10,000 consumption stimulus, and e-commerce shopping festivals. The Company will focus on new product pipelines across fresh foods, coffee and tea beverages, and storewide curated retail, while expanding its owned e-commerce and pickup logistics services, including OPENPOINT Mobile Pickup Service and international parcel services, fully leveraging the uniopen membership ecosystem to build a comprehensive lifestyle platform that exceeds consumer expectations.
