In terms of profitability, net profit attributable to the parent company reached NT$6.265 billion, with an earnings per share (EPS) of NT$6.03. Consolidated revenue hit an all-time high for the same period, while EPS reached the second-highest level on record for the same period.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continues to deepen its local presence using three core strategies: innovation, operational excellence, and integration. By connecting rich online and offline sales channels and deepening the operation of the uniopen member ecosystem, the company continues to innovate and optimize its product mix—including fresh food, CITY series coffee and tea beverages, drinks, snacks, noodles, pre-orders, and iPre-order. All relevant categories performed remarkably well, boosting revenue. Simultaneously, the company has actively expanded its store network while strengthening logistics and digital service layouts. In the first half of 2026, it continued to expand into emerging business districts and fill regional commercial gaps. Across Taiwan, the total number of store locations—including Smart vending machines and other diversified points of service—reached 8,293, alongside 68 operated local shopping plazas, enhancing both service volume and quality to build a solid foundation for long-term stable growth. Looking ahead to the third quarter, the company will continue strengthening its online and offline service channels, closely aligning with market trends and demand, developing market-trending products and promotional activities, and leveraging AI technology and labor-saving tools to optimize store operating efficiency and customer service experience, satisfying diverse lifestyle consumption scenarios and driving overall steady growth.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continues to build a lifestyle service platform that exceeds customer expectations. Through initiatives such as expanding composite store models, lifestyle trend innovations, deepening member services, seamlessly integrating online and offline channels, and prioritizing sustainable value chains, the company has effectively driven overall steady operational growth. Composite store modules are tailored to local trade zone characteristics. They focus on fresh produce, !+? CAFE RESERVE & Tea Bar, smart smoothie machines, IP zones, OPEN! FUNLAND, "BEAMS DESIGN" zones, and LOFT SELECT composite stores. In April this year, the company introduced the DAISO composite zone for the first time, opening the first local "Fresh Qingtang Store" in Zhongli District, Taoyuan, refreshing the retail chain's composite service DNA module. In May, it further collaborated with group affiliates

Cosmed, Starbucks, and 21PLUS to open the joint "Yuansxiu Store" in Nangang, creating a lifestyle venue that better fits the needs of the new generation, elevating the shopping experience for customers while generating foot traffic and business opportunities for the store.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN consistently stays close to daily consumer needs through lifestyle trend innovation. It stays atop current events, popular Korean stars, IP characters, the Mazu Pilgrimage, April Fool's Day, international sports events, and dietary management trends. It integrates cross-category offerings—including fresh food, CITY series coffee and tea beverages, desserts, "Sharing Ice" ice cream, Slurpees, daily necessities, and pre-orders—to continuously develop trending and differentiated products while promoting themed marketing campaigns to bring customers an immersive lifestyle consumption experience. In response to this year's El Niño phenomenon and high-temperature heat relief demands, the company joined the Ministry of Environment's "Heat Relief Map" initiative for the second consecutive year and independently promoted cooling food, drinks, and daily items, continuing to serve as the most accessible and friendly heat-relief service platform for customers.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continues to deepen the uniopen member ecosystem. By constructing the OPENPOINT point ecosystem through the tri-pillar framework of "APP," "Points," and "Payment," it steadily maintains over 20 million members and generates a member economy scaled at tens of billions. The "uniopen PRIMA Paid Membership Subscription Service" launched last year enhances customer spending amounts and frequency through exclusive perks such as priority pre-orders for trending products, exclusive channel discounts, and bonus points. To strengthen its cross-border travel service layout, the OPENPOINT APP cross-border travel reward passport successfully expanded into Thailand's 7-ELEVEN. Recently, it opened Ponta member card binding in South Korea, enabling members to accumulate points on qualifying purchases at CU convenience stores in South Korea. It also integrates popular features such as OPENPOINT Mobile Pickup Service, surprise lucky draws, and free horoscope and feng shui content, revitalizing the member economy and enhancing point utility value.

Integrating online and offline channels seamlessly, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN captured diverse holiday shopping opportunities in the second quarter, including Mother's Day, Dragon Boat Festival, and 618 e-commerce events. It leveraged services such as iPre-order, iGroup-buying, Pickup, Delivery, and iOPEN Mall to construct its proprietary e-commerce ecosystem. Furthermore, it connected over 7,300 drop-off and pick-up store locations across Taiwan, launching phased promotional campaigns through its safe

pick-up service—such as offering shopping credits or 3C product raffles for sending or receiving parcels—driving customer store visits and boosting foot traffic, commercial flow, and cash flow.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN prioritizes building a sustainable value chain. Remaining optimistic about the long-term growth of the healthy eating market, it collaborated with supplier partners to develop over a hundred private-label fresh food items focused on reduced fat, reduced sugar, and reduced sodium. Multiple items have earned the Clean Label certification from the international third-party organization A.A. (Anti-Additive), while product labels actively display protein content, Muslim-friendly dietary information, and vegetarian/vegan details. The company actively seeks Eatender senior-friendly food certifications to continuously enhance food transparency and buying convenience for customers. Furthermore, addressing the new era of all-age dietary awareness, fresh food items have established a new "Simple Fit" dedicated brand zone and launched the industry-first "AI Food Passport," leveraging channel influence across product development, shelf display planning, and digital services to build a social kitchen suited for all ages.

Entering the third quarter, 7-ELEVEN is capitalizing on opportunities surrounding summer travel, high-temperature heat relief, 7-ELEVEN DAY, Ghost Festival, Qixi Valentine's Day, Father's Day, back-to-school season, and Mid-Autumn Festival. It is integrating cross-category resources to drive diverse themed exhibition activities, connecting the uniopen member ecosystem, and continuously delivering rich, high-quality products and service experiences across online and offline channels to build a lifestyle service platform that exceeds customer expectations.
