Press release of PCSC August 2026 consolidated revenue

President Chain Store Corporation (PCSC) recorded a consolidated revenue of NT$31.527 billion for August 2026, marking a 4.82% increase year-on-year and setting a new historical record for the same month. Taiwan 7-ELEVEN has steadily expanded its footprint, operating a total of 8,398 service locations across the island, including physical brick-and-mortar stores and Smart vending machines. To meet daily livelihood demands driven by summer travel, heatwave retreats, Chinese Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, and the Ghost Festival shopping season, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continuously focused on differentiated product portfolios across fresh food, coffee, tea beverages, and iPre-order. By developing innovative trending products, orchestrating festive campaigns, and deepening the uniopen member ecosystem, the company further established itself as an omnichannel lifestyle brand, driving sustained operational growth. Among its investment enterprises, Philippine 7-ELEVEN, President Drugstore (Cosmed), Uni-Wonder (Taiwan Starbucks), and Q-WARE Systems & Services all delivered outstanding results, effectively boosting total revenue.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN continued to strengthen its uniopen lifestyle ecosystem. Starting in August, the uniopen platform launched a new "Chat Life Circle" feature and built a "Health ACE" module to encourage members to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, integrating digital services such as chat, community groups, health tracking, and interactive maps. OPENPOINT Mobile Pickup Service introduced a takeout self-pickup option, allowing customers to order online ahead of time and collect items directly in-store, establishing Taiwan's most extensive and convenient meal pickup network. The OPENPOINT loyalty ecosystem also expanded by rolling out "Surprise Point Lucky Draws," where points could be used to win fan meet passes, flight tickets, sports tickets, and 3C gadgets. Furthermore, partnering with chain dining brands under Alpha Catering Group, customers can now redeem points to offset meal costs, enhancing the value of point utility. Meanwhile, uniopen PRIMA members enjoyed irregular, exclusive pre-order privileges, driving steady growth in member engagement.

To address festive consumer demands, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN innovated upon traditional Ghost Festival offerings. Targeting the value-conscious mindset of the 20-to-45 age bracket, offline stores rolled out bulk-packaged bundles and quirky ritual snack assortments, while its proprietary online e-commerce platforms, iPre-order and iGroup-buying, offered carton-packaged beverages, snack packs, and instant noodle bundles to fulfill worship and stockpiling needs. Ahead of the Ghost Festival, the brand partnered with seven prominent temples across Taiwan to launch "Blessed Pickup Cards," storewide spend-and-save promotions, and iBon stations online  light-offering services to stimulate shopping demand. For Qixi Valentine’s Day and Father’s Day, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN collaborated once again with Uni-President Group affiliates to offer imported air-shipped roses and "Father’s Flower" Dendrobium orchids, allowing customers to easily purchase seasonal fresh flowers directly at local stores rather than relying on florist shops, while driving basket-building behavior and showcasing 7-ELEVEN’s retail strength as a lifestyle service platform.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN maintained its commitment to becoming a community kitchen catering to all age groups by deepening dedicated brand zones such as "Star-rated Feast," "Simple Fit," and "Veggie Selection,". In August, it partnered with a Bib Gourmand-selected Thai restaurant to develop a variety of Southeast Asian fresh food items. In response to high protein dietary trends, the company expanded its exclusive patented steam-cooker offering of peel-free "Golden Braised Eggs" and "Golden Boiled Eggs," which are now available in over 3,500 stores, boosting steady demand for whole foods like diverse egg products and chicken breasts. Meanwhile, the LaDears dessert counter offered a rich assortment of sweets, introducing trending Korean treats such as the "Knock-Knock Cocoa Tiramisu Raw Cream Bun" and "Seoul Milk Viyott Chocolate Ring Yogurt," which triggered strong sales momentum.

Spurred by summer outings and student gatherings, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN kept developing new additions to its CITY lineup. In August, it successively launched "CITY CAFE Pistachio Milk Foam Macchiato" and "CITY PRIMA Calendula Collagen Honey Latte." Its two specialty tea brands highlighted summer ingredients like avocado, lychee, and mulberry, introducing items such as "Real Avocado Tea Latte" at !+? CAFE RESERVE & Tea Bar and "Purple Mulberry Fruit Iced Tea" from CITY TEA. Capitalizing on its 24/7 retail footprint, the brand also captured late-night beverage demand by rolling out the "Fine Tea Non-Stop" promotion, offering buy-one-get-one-free deals on designated drinks during weekday evenings to provide an all-day drinking experience.

Taiwan 7-ELEVEN consistently collaborated with popular IPs to align with seasonal festivities and hot topics, offering themed display racks, designated merchandise areas, and lucky draw activities to elevate the shopping experience. At the same time, the chain accelerated its digital retail initiatives to serve introverted shoppers and enhance self-service variety. By integrating three major stored-value cards (icash 2.0, EasyCard, and iPASS) into iBon stations, the company enabled in-store iBon self-checkout nationwide, with printing and scanning services being the first features made available.

Looking ahead to September, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN will capture corporate gifting and family gathering demands for the Mid-Autumn Festival, while addressing back-to-school shopping, bill payments, parcel shipping, holiday travel needs, and seasonal dietary transitions. It will also leverage flagship smartphone launches and support government livelihood initiatives through cross-category curated campaigns. By linking its nationwide physical store network with the uniopen ecosystem, Taiwan 7-ELEVEN bridges online and offline touchpoints to offer superior products and service experiences, building a lifestyle service platform that surpasses customer expectations.
