Press release of PCSC September 2026 consolidated revenue

President Chain Store Corporation (PCSC) reported consolidated revenue of NT$31.449 billion for September 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of 7.82% and setting a new historical high for the same period. 7-ELEVEN Taiwan maintained steady store expansion, with total physical stores and diverse service touchpoints—including Smart vending machines—reaching 8,324 across Taiwan. Operations were bolstered by back-to-school purchasing, the Mid-Autumn Festival long weekend, cross-brand collaborations, and special promotional campaigns, while the continuous deepening of the uniopen member lifestyle ecosystem further drove steady operational performance. Key subsidiaries, including Philippine 7-ELEVEN, President Drugstore (Cosmed), Uni-Wonder (Taiwan Starbucks), Mech-President (Smile Gas Station), and Q-WARE Systems & Services, all delivered standout results, continuously fueling overall revenue growth.

7-ELEVEN Taiwan continued to cultivate the uniopen member lifestyle ecosystem, structuring the OPENPOINT rewards landscape around three core pillars: the "OPENPOINT APP," "Points," and "Payment." By connecting more than 500 renowned brands and nearly 700,000 affiliated merchant locations, both membership scale and engagement expanded, surpassing the 20-million-member milestone. Innovating member perks, the OPENPOINT App introduced a "Golden Points Showcase" to provide members holding high point balances with streamlined redemptions for high-value merchandise, highlighted in September by the offering of 100-inch smart TVs. Expanding into lifestyle services, the company integrated President Information Corporation’s newly developed "i-Home" feature, uniting 12 diverse service categories and pioneering the use of AI Agent technology to consolidate living assistance. Through integration with LumineOne smart concierge functionality, PCSC connected multiple brand ecosystems to customers' daily routines, evolving into an "AI Lifestyle Service Platform" designed to fulfill everyday household needs.

7-ELEVEN Taiwan captured market trends among younger demographics and capitalized on the concert economy, marking uniopen’s inaugural sponsorship of a visiting Korean celebrity concert and launching presales in late September for the "OPEN! DREAM WORLD Music Festival," providing exclusive ticketing privileges for uniopen members and uniopen co-branded cardholders. In addition, targeting seasonal occasions and customer buzz surrounding new iPhone releases, proprietary e-commerce channels "7-ELEVEN iPre-order" and "iGroup-buying" actively rolled out eye-catching promotions to create sales momentum. Partnering with trending IPs and Japanese fashion brands, 7-ELEVEN introduced storewide point-collection campaigns, themed feature shelves, dedicated accessory sections, and raffle draws, while setting up in-store "IP Concept Zones" to sell blind boxes, character merchandise, and anime goods, driving IP-related merchandise sales growth of 50%.

In response to holiday travel during the Mid-Autumn Festival and students returning to school, 7-ELEVEN Taiwan offered convenient gift set purchasing and continued to fulfill its role as a "Community Kitchen." The company introduced hearty, large-portion fresh food items and unveiled fresh joint promotions, collaborating with popular mobile games to roll out limited-edition packaging and innovative new flavors of Slurpees. Further elevating hot meal experiences, 7-ELEVEN partnered with 21Plus to develop "Chiayi-style Shredded Chicken Rice" and collaborated with five-star hotel chefs under the "Star-rated Feast" line to introduce stir-fry-inspired bento boxes. Addressing health-conscious dietary habits, 7-ELEVEN expanded its patented steaming equipment—offering shell-free "Golden Braised Eggs" and "Golden Boiled Eggs"—to over 3,500 stores, spearheading meal pairings centered around wholesome whole foods and driving steady growth in fresh food revenue.

The coffee and tea businesses maintained steady expansion. CITY PRIMA boutique coffee elevated its offerings with a dual-flavor profile featuring "100% Washed Floral Yirgacheffe" and "Peach Concerto" to deliver an exquisite boutique coffee experience, alongside a "Trendy Travel Point Collection GO" campaign in collaboration with BEAMS DESIGN. CITY CAFE introduced the new "Brown Sugar Jelly White Gourd Latte," creating innovative appeal to attract younger customers. The dual tea selections, CITY TEA and !+? CAFE RESERVE & Tea Bar, drew new foot traffic with trending releases such as Kansai herbal jelly ice tea and pure avocado tea lattes. Continuing the "Great Tea Never Closes" promotion to capture late-night tea consumption opportunities, the brands maintained superior beverage standards certified by the prestigious food industry Michelin Guide, driving overall CITY beverage category sales up by 10%.

Looking ahead to October, 7-ELEVEN Taiwan is actively preparing inventories across high-traffic districts for the National Day long weekend travel and regional fireworks displays, while targeting customer needs surrounding Halloween and autumn beverage transitions. By leveraging buzz-worthy products and themed storewide marketing initiatives, 7-ELEVEN aims to stimulate consumer purchasing. Combined with the deepened service capabilities of the uniopen member lifestyle ecosystem and cross-channel integration of high-quality products and services, PCSC expects to sustain strong consumption momentum and continually build a lifestyle service platform that exceeds customer expectations.
