In response to the company's emphasis on ESG, 1President Enterprises will continue to optimize the evaluation mechanism of linking "sustainable development performance indicators" with senior executives' performance rewards in 2025. From the company's four major environmental project groups (carbon reduction, plastic reduction, food conservation, and sustainable procurement) and other major themes, the sustainable development performance indicator evaluation projects are selected (Table 2), of which environmental indicators account for 10% and other major thematic indicators account for 2%. These indicators not only promote the company's promotion in the field of sustainability, but also, through the design of indicator weights and linking with goals, we hope to motivate senior executives to actively participate, continuously improve and innovate, so as to promote the company's sustainable development.
