strategy that combines company operating target. The operation model creates value through strengthening intellectual property management. It not only protects company's intellectual
property rights, but also conducts research and development in conjunction with innovative business model and sustainable business operations of company to improve its competitive
edge.
Result
Company delivers the IP-related issue to Board of Directors annually.
The latest deliver date was on December 10, 2025.
Company has introduced the Intellectual Property Management Project since 2020, result of year 2025 as follow:
- In 2025, the number of trademark applications are 5, patent applications are 6 and the effective patents are 323.

The Company has planned to adopt the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) since December 2020 and acquired the
Level A Certificate of TIPS for the first time in 2021. Since then, the Company has continuously maintained the validity of the
TIPS system through re-verification and successfully completed the surveillance audit on April 11, 2025. The current certificate
remains valid until December 31, 2026.In the fiscal year 2025, in addition to continuing to align with and promote ESG sustainability
policies, the Company has focused on strengthening employees' awareness of intellectual property and patent management within the digital
environment. This was achieved through fundamental IP education and specialized patent system training, ensuring that internal execution
remains consistent with the established institutional standards.

To maintain the integrity and accuracy of trademark assets, the company will enhance the promotion of the trademark management system
and conduct regular audits to ensure real-time data updates. Furthermore, the company will strive to improve each department's
compliance with trademark management protocols and the systematic establishment of evidence of use, ensuring the robust implementation
of our intellectual property standards
