Occupational Safety and Health Management
Safe and Harmonious Work Environment:
In 2024, the Company once again passed the TAF ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System recertification,
which remains valid until January 2, 2028. The following measures demonstrate our commitment to safety and health self-management:
-
Safety and Health Organization:
The Labor Safety Office holds quarterly Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings and annual management review meetings.
It also facilitates safety agreement organization meetings with contractors.
-
Safety and Health Education and Training:
To enhance safety awareness and emergency preparedness, we reinforce habits such as ensuring electrical equipment is powered off after work.
We provide ongoing training for new and existing employees via online and in-person "Occupational Safety and Health Training for New Employees,"
covering traffic safety, emergency response, and fire evacuation.
- New Employee Training: 176 participants
- Building Escape Drills: 1,287 participants completed.

private-label OEM manufacturers obtained ISO 45001 certification. One fire safety training session was held with 37 plants participating.

Environmental Quality: Indoor CO2 levels were maintained below 1,000 PPM. Illuminance and drinking water quality consistently surpassed regulatory standards.
-
Large-scale Event Safety Control:
Through rigorous safety protocols, we aim for zero accidents. In 2025, we managed 4 major events (Cherry Blossom Festival, Beer Festival, Parade, and Road Run)
with 444,000 attendees, achieving zero fines and zero major incidents.
-
Medical Care:
From the first day of employment, all staff are covered by group accident, life, and medical insurance, alongside health check-up subsidies. We employ professional
nurses and collaborate with workplace physicians for consultations. The "Healthy Life Circle" app provides health newsletters and educational videos for self-management.
- Employee Health Examinations:
-
Senior Employee Exams: Full-time staff (aged 35+ with 5+ years of service) receive a subsidy of NT$16,000+ every two years. 2,290 employees were eligible
